ARoS FOOD HALL BRINGS THE seasons BEST LOCAL PRODUCTS IN PLAY IN AN culinary total EXPERIENCE

In ARoS Food Hall  you can relax and enjoy a class culinary meal or a quick snack.

90 percent of the meat in ARoS FOOD HALL comes from Troldgaarden. It is an organic family-runned farm with a strong focus on animal welfare. In ARoS FOOD HALL we dry our own meat products to ensure the proper finishing.

We also have or own herb garden on the roof of ARoS and our own hive that ensures the delivery of a powerful dark honey thanks to the numerous lime trees in Aarhus.

In ARoS FOOD HALL consists menu of light dishes that can be enjoyed individually or combined into a larger lunch menu.

Served Tuesday-Sunday from 10.30 to 15.00. Special dinner menu Wednesday evening.

Snacks:
Crispy pork with fried bread and juniper dip. Kr. 65
Beer sticks and flakes with homemade mustard. Kr. 65

The SEA:
Smoked cod with egg and bacon. Kr. 80
Squid with cabbage noodles and glasswort. Kr. 80
Crispy fish balls with sweet and sour sauce. Kr. 85.-           

The GARDEN:
Beetroot in cream cheese and crunch. Kr. 65
Rugotto with cheese and fried mushrooms. Kr. 70
Toast with mushrooms and “Krystal” cheese. Kr. 70

The ART:
Textures of Carrot. Kr. 75

The FOREST:
Ramson and lamb from the local farm Troldegården. Kr. 90

The MEAT:
ARoS ham with pickled vegetables. Kr. 85
Pressed cold cow with caramelized onions. Kr. 75

The BEES:
Smoked “Bornholmer” cheese,  fresh honey and walnuts. Kr. 70
“Rav” cheese with honey, crisp bread and quince. Kr. 65  

Sweet:
White chocolate, buckthorn and buttermilk. Kr. 65
