3. Use of personal information
Personal information is never disclosed to third parties unless you expressly give your consent for this, and we never collect personal information unless you have provided us with this information when subscribing, purchasing or taking part in a survey etc. In these cases we collect information about your name, address, postal code, email, gender, age, interests, attitudes and knowledge of various topics.
Personal information is used to complete the purchase or service for which the information was collected. The information is also used to gain more knowledge of you and other users of the website. This use can include, for example, surveys and analyses aimed at improving our products, services and technologies, and displaying content and advertisements tailored to your interests and hobbies.

If any of the recorded data is incorrect, or if you have any other objections, please contact us at the same email address. You have the option of gaining insight into the information that has been recorded about you, and you can take exception to something recorded in accordance with the rules of the Danish Act on Processing of Personal Data.
3.2 Protection of personal information
In accordance with the Danish Act on Processing of Personal Data, your personal information must be kept securely and confidentially. We store your personal information on computers with limited access, which are located in controlled facilities, and our security measures are continuously monitored to determine whether our user information is being managed responsibly, and with due regard for your rights as a user. However, we cannot guarantee 100% security vis-à-vis data transfers via the Internet. This means that there may be a risk of others gaining unauthorised access to information when data is transmitted and stored electronically. In other words, you disclose your personal information at your own discretion.
Personal information is regularly deleted or anonymised as the purpose for which it was collected comes to an end. Personal information is stored for no longer than 12 months after use.
The rapid development of the Internet means that changes in our processing of personal information may be necessary. Therefore we reserve the right to update and modify the current guidelines for the processing of personal information. If we do so, we will naturally amend the "last updated" date at the bottom of the page. In the event of significant changes, we will notify you in the form of a visible notice on our websites.
To the extent that we process personal information about you, in accordance with the Danish Act on Processing of Personal Data you have the right to find out what personal information is attributable to you. If it appears that the information or data processed about you is incorrect or misleading, you are entitled to demand that it be corrected, deleted or blocked. You may at any time object to the fact that information about you is subject to processing. You may also revoke your consent at any time. You are entitled to complain about the processing of information and data related to you. Complaints must be lodged with the Danish Data Protection Agency, cf. the Danish Act on Processing of Personal Data § 58, Paragraph 1.
