By train: A 10 minute walk from the train station.
By bus: A 10 minute walk from the bus station, but plenty of bus stops are also located along the streets near the museum.
ARoS has 79 own parking spaces on ARoS Allé and free parking for handicapped and two spaces for busses.
The entrance to the Aros Allé takes you behind Musikhuset Aarhus at the Scandinavian Center Aarhus.
The free parking spaces for handicapped is located at the end of Aros Allé just below the museum "stomp", which is the official entrance to the north. The elevator leading up to the museum is located under the stairs.
All ARoS parking spaces are provided with Park Zone signage and is marked in blue - the same blue color as the ARoS and Parkzones parking meters. Parking tickets purchased in the Musikhuset Aarhus machines can NOT be used in ARoS 'parking spaces.
You can pay by card or cash. When paying by card you can pay for exactly the elapsed time if the same credit card used on arrival and before departure
Free handicap parking at ARoS Allé at the entrance.
An elevator leads up to the entrance from the parking lot, and elevators are available between floors. Handicap toilets are also available near ART Café and at level 3 near the auditorium.
Wheelchairs and strollers can be borrowed during your visit at ARoS. Refer to the staff in Information.

With exception of guidedogs it is not allowed to bring animals on ARoS.
It is possible to borrow baby carriers at the Information by submitting ID.
There is a large selection of food and drinks in the ART Café and ARoS FOOD HALL
On weekdays it is permitted for kindergartens/day care and school classes to bring their own food. This can be consumed in the "Madkassen" by the Studios, Level 3. There is room for 30 children at a time, and the area can not be pre-booked
During weekends this area is occupied by guests who visits ARoS Junior.
It is not allowed to eat, drink or smoke in the museum's exhibition galleries or rooftop.
